The MARKER SYSTEM is the combination of four different modules that, complementing each other, relieve the
operators from their routine activities in the management of the printed markers and efficiently decrease the costs and
duration of these everyday occupations. The four MARKER SYSTEM’s modules are complementary and indipendent at the
same time giving the clients the possibility to up-grade the whole system gradually, following the needs of the clients itself.
Features
- WIND JET or WAVE JET, core of the system, are the top quality plotters of the Algotex product’s lines. They are able to print at a constant speed and with double graphic resolution, allowing the whole system to reach a productivity rates of printing such as 210 sqm/hr. Consolidated reliability and extremely high quality and speed of printing make.
- These two plotters the state of art in the actual inkjet technology scenario.The Jumbo Feeder, the system’s large paper feeder, supports a 200kg spool and supplies enough paper to cover three production shifts.
- The roll up is the robot that serves the system, rolling and cutting patterns at the end of each prouction lot. Its sophisticated self-control system allows it to recognize the end of the production batch, make a cut, and fix the roll, making it ready for sorting.
